Why visiting Chile?
Chile, my home country is a wonderful land. It's a mixture of everything: Landcapes / Nature: Mountains, valleys, desert, islands, seaside, countryside, glaciers, forests. Food and drinks: Delicious meals made with local ingredients: Chilean beef and corn casserole (pastel de choclo), empanadas, humitas (bow tie-shaped ground sweet corn), mote con huesillos (drink made of wheat grain boiled and removed from its husk which is mote and huesillo is dried peach), curanto, etc. and delicious wines. Climate: In Chile, the climate is diverse: From dry to rainy and cold. In the north of the country, the climate is dry and hot, with sunny days almost the whole year. In the central zone, there is a Mediterranean climate, with sunny days and few rain during the year. And, in the south, it is predominantly rainy.
